1. Returns
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines) and personal care items (like intimate or sanitary goods) cannot be returned.

2. Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping is FREE refund.
- In the case of an exchange or a defective product, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.

- Digital products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
